Best place to play on Friday nights?

I'm interesting in hearing from the players. So ... if you're a high school football player in Knoxville, let's hear it: Where is the best place to play on Friday nights?

Ah yes ... Fulton ... Seen several games out there and always enjoy it. Just curious, as a former player what school was the toughest to visit and play at in terms of atmosphere, fans support, etc.?

As a former player also, I would have to say Powell. The fans are always hyped!

I agree. It would be interesting to see what the kids say.

My Wildcats (OR) does not look good. I think Fulton is going to whip up on them if they do not get their act together. They have a good defense but no QB. I think Oak Ridge is going to suffer. Worst yet they may break down and loose to Clinton. The Horror, the horror. Besides Maryville, does any team stand out this year?

We are looking better now. It's hard to judge a season by the pre-season scrimmages. Oak Ridge has a good chance to improve and make the run to the State finals. There is still much to work on, but the team is improving every week and most importantly, they come ready to play.

Oak Ridge. The walk down those steps is soooooooo intimindating to the opposition. The band the filled stands the entire atmosphere. Next, I would say Maryville. Who in their right mind wants to go there and play.

I agree with the above, Oke Ridge was just awesome to a youngster in high school. Having played at Maryville, I would not want to be the visitor there.

I LIKE ANDERSON COUNTY WITH ALL THE MAVERICK COW BELLS&THE MOO HORNS AND THE CRAZIES THAT PAINT THERE FACE UP& SOME OF THE THINGS THE CRAZIES WEAR IS LIKE NO OTHER PLACE.AND THEY HAVE ONE OF THE BEST BANDS ANY WHERE& THE PLACE IS ALL WAYS PACKED OUT.I LOVE IT.

AC has the best fans around! That place rocks everytime we (Clinton) go up there to play. This year's AC team looks to be the best team up there in a long time. We wish them the best of luck, just take it easy on my Dragons! lol! I think the toughest place to play would have to be Oak Ridge. I have been to alot of high school stadiums around the area and OR is probably the toughest i have been in.

i think kingston has a really nice field,but oak ridge,and maryville are really nice also.

Kingston has a great looking field.......i was there last week when Clinton came down to scrimmage them! Good luck in your tough region this year. Watch out for those Mavericks!!!!!!! lol!
