I want to staet by saying i personally have a problem with the way the coaching change was handled.Lets back up to the sacifice that was made by the seniors last year when coach meadows had a horrible tragedy happen in his family and reqested a leave of absense for the 2008 season of which he was granted and the whole team,and comm. stood by him with support and prayer.Meadows holds a meetingto announce his return and commitment to the Govs,I WAS THERE AND TO SEE THE EXCITEMENT IN THOSE KIDS FACES AND THE LIFT IN THEIR SPIRITS WAS AMAZING.they finally were going to see the reward for their sacrifice with a come back year.Well coach meadows I thought you were a better person than this, to think my son admired you.Youve shown the kids that the promise of a better program that Im sure promised you the moon means more to you than a team that made a personal SACRIFICE for you and your family.I do wish you and your family well, but you let me down.Sometimes loyalty does mean more than promises.these kids showed you their loyalty wheres your?
